This technique, called pre-loading, literally fills up your stomach so you get full faster and don’t eat as much. In one study, participants who drank two cups of water before eating lost five pounds more fat than those who did not.

4.  Feel Full with the help of Flaxseeds

One of the easiest things you can do to speed weight-loss is to add two tablespoons of flaxseed into your daily regimen –they’re easy to mix into your morning oats, blended with a protein shake or sprinkled over soup or salad. Flaxseed is full of fiber so fills you up and keeps you feeling full. It can be found in the health food section of the grocery store or a specialty store.
